Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)

Deep Brain Reorienting is a gentle, trauma-focused approach that works with the brain’s earliest responses to shock, threat, and attachment rupture. By slowing down and tracking subtle sensations in the body, DBR helps resolve deeply held patterns that formed before words—often beneath conscious awareness. This process supports emotional repair at a foundational level, strengthening your capacity for safety, regulation, and secure connection with yourself and others.

Somatic Experiencing®

A gentle, body-based approach that helps regulate your nervous system and restore a sense of safety, balance, and ease. Clients often experience renewed energy, emotional balance, and a greater sense of safety in their bodies.

Ego State

Ego State Therapy helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself that formed through past experiences — the parts that protect, perform, or carry pain. When combined with approaches like Brainspotting or EMDR, this work helps you connect more deeply with those parts so they can safely process what they’ve been holding. Clients often feel greater inner harmony, emotional freedom, and a stronger sense of self.
