Brainspotting Trauma Intensive
A deeper therapeutic experience for the challenges that matter most.
A Focused Approach to Deep Healing
Brainspotting Intensives allow space for the things in your life that need focused attention, now.
Perhaps you are navigating a significant life transition, a recent loss, overwhelming anxiety, a traumatic event, burnout, relationship challenges, or a feeling of being deeply stuck. Perhaps there are stuck patterns that are deeply impacting the important relationships in your life that you are wanting to prioritize. Maybe you have spent months—or years—in therapy and know exactly what you want to work on, but wish you could move through it more deeply and efficiently.
If there is something in your life that feels heavy, urgent, or ready to be addressed, you do not have to carry it alone.
A Brainspotting Intensive offers the opportunity to step out of the pace of weekly therapy and into dedicated time for focused healing.
Rather than working in small pieces over many months, an intensive creates space to gently and intentionally deepen into what is asking for attention, allowing your mind and body the time they need to process, integrate, and move forward.
An intensive may be a good fit if you:
Feel stuck in a recurring pattern and want focused support moving through it
Are experiencing anxiety, panic, OCD, overwhelm, or persistent self-doubt
Want to process a specific traumatic experience or life event
Have a limited timeline before an important event, decision, or life change
Have already done therapy and are seeking deeper healing work
Prefer fewer, longer sessions rather than weekly appointments
Sometimes healing requires spaciousness. Sometimes it requires momentum. An intensive can offer both.
What is a Brainspotting Intensive?
A Brainspotting Intensive is an extended therapy session designed to support deeper healing in a concentrated period of time.
Using Brainspotting and other trauma-informed approaches, we create a safe space for your nervous system to access and process experiences that may feel difficult to reach in traditional weekly sessions.
Many people describe intensives as allowing them to go beyond understanding their struggles intellectually and into the deeper layers where lasting change can occur.
While no therapy can promise a specific outcome, intensives often help people experience meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time because there is more uninterrupted space for the healing process to unfold.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can healing really happen that quickly?
Deep healing is rarely about rushing.
At the same time, healing does not always need to happen slowly.
Many people find that when they have dedicated time, support, and the right therapeutic approach, they are able to access and process experiences that may have felt out of reach in shorter sessions.
An intensive is not about forcing change.
It is about creating the conditions where change can happen more fully.
